Summer Impressions

Beginners and artists with some experience are invited to participate in a full session dedicated to developing paintings from photos and sketches inspired by summer travels. WINNERS :: Grand Prix of Plein Air Challenge

Even with the rain, the 3rd annual Grand Prix of Plein Air Challenge hosted by Alfonso Tejada at the 2010 Harmony Festival was a success. Twenty three (23) artists came out to paint and to get to know each other.

Four awards were given out at the end of the three hour painting competition. First Place: Louise Nicholson; Second Place: Violet Taylor; Third Place: Kathryn Wright; Honourable Mention: John Hofman.
