13th annual Grand Prix Plein Air Challenge :: Harmony Arts
The Ferry Building Gallery presents its 13th annual Grand Prix Plein Air Challenge as part of the Harmony Arts Festival

Costs: $35 for adults; $20 for ages 19 and under
Registration fee includes morning coffee and muffins, as well as a wine and cheese reception after the judging.
More Information:
In this traditional painting competition, artists compose, paint, complete and frame (or finish) a piece of art that has been created outdoors in under four hours. Painting will take place along the Ambleside waterfront between 13th and 18th Streets. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
Works will be judged and the winners will receive prizes donated by Opus Art Supplies. Participants will have the opportunity to display and sell their pieces on-site from 3 to 7 p.m. on the day of the challenge.
