The emphasis will be on preparation and how to make that leap to painting outdoors. The course will cover: necessary materials and the myriad of variations, how to choose a suitable location, and choosing a canvas size. Once outside, participants will learn palette layout, composition, and most importantly analysis and breakdown of the subject.

Open to all levels, but best suited for those new to Plein Air painting.
